Having a flawless and radiant skin is everyone’s desire, be it male or female, we just crave for that beautiful skin without spots and wrinkles.

We can all achieve it if you adapt to a skincare routine that would change your game forever.

  3. Always remove makeup before going to bed ( now this is where i sin) 😢

  11. Adapt the habit of drinking water regularly.

  14. Reduce consuming sugar,salt,alcohol,caffeine diary, in excess amount.
  15. Reduce eating processed food.
  16. Don’t pick your pimples or touch your face.

    Removing makeup before going to bed seems like such a hassle and I ignore doing that at times. And then within days I see tiny little pimples appearing on my skin.
